The hotel took me back to old London, which I am too young to have witnessed. It withheld the essence of historical London, which was mesmerizing! The staff were amazing in their service. Every morning I went down for breakfast, it felt like a visit to old times and old manners. I was greeted, smiled at frequently, serviced from start to finish, and spoiled! The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices. I stayed for six mornings and was not tired of the sourdough or butter and jam that I was served!
The room was spacious enough for the two of us and our two large to medium suitcases. The bed was excellent, and so were the pillows. The bathroom had all that we needed and more, and the cleaning services were amazing. We were happy to find a treat every time we came back to the hotel room.
The bar was nice. I did enjoy a drink in the stable bar, where again you feel like you've stepped back in time. The bar was classy and quiet enough to have a heartwarming conversation with someone.
The Milestone made my 4th visit to London more special than anytime before.
The location is excellent too right infront of Kinsington Palace and gardens.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly received, and were promptly offered a welcome drink. The staff provided a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities and services (not in a perfunctory manner). The room was exquisite and comfortable, clean and tidy. What was most impressive was that all the staff were highly professional and the service was perfect. I especially want to commend the delicious breakfast and the service.
In fact, on the third day, we changed to Rosewood London. It is well-known but has poor service and the room is ordinary. The whole family (including children）regretted that we should have stayed at The Adria instead.
However, there are always regrets in travel. Next time when we visit London, we will definitely book this hotel again!

The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated & high end. I arrived earlier than expected and they were so kind and helpful and got us into our apartment early. The helpful and friendly ladies on reception were so lovely and helped us on many occasions recommending restaurants and transportation options. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Location was perfect and quiet. Quick walk to Kensington High Street and a quick walk to Earls Court Station which is on the Piccadilly line which took us straight to Heathrow Airport (no train changes) to fly home.

The two bedroom apartment is very spacious which has seperate ensuites with an additional toilet in the common area. All the appliances are of Miele. They provide all the user manuals in a folder on the kitchen bench. The location is very convenient with bus station and train stations within 2-3 minutes waking distance. Two supermarkets are also very close.
