Everything was perfect. The hotel is sooo well decorated and full of charming. The bed was an absolute dream to sleep in. Had a wonderful time at Hand & Flower and would definitely book a room again.

The place is very clean and posh. We got everything we need from filtered water, canned juice drinks, decent toiletries, biscuits, coffee pods, kitchen stuff, etc. . Grace, our host, is easily contactable and really made an effort so we can enjoy our stay.

This modern hotel in West London is conveniently located and gives great access to Central London attractions such as The London Eye, Buckingham Palace and the Natural History Museum.

Room was small, but perfect after a whole day of sightseeing. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was less varied, but plentiful and delicious. Location and transportation are very good (bus, metro nearby). Staff was very nice.

Location, close to tube Lots of Resturants and shops. Room was small but beds comfortable Unusual design, toilet in closet separate to bathroom. No wine glasses need to request from reception Cot available for small child. Reception staff, friendly, helpful and kind.
