A great welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was great, and we had everything we needed. The manager gave us a card so we could enjoy a complimentary drink in the bar. We thought this was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Great place to stay if visiting Hammersmith Apollo, or Olympia.

In the Hammersmith and Fulham district of London, close to Olympia Exhibition Centre, New Two Bedroom Suite - With Terrace features a terrace and a washing machine.

Location is ideal as West Kensington underground is two minutes walk and plenty of bus connections too. Huge choice of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and most importantly Blossoms laundry next door.

Fantastic location, very handy to transport, able to get to locations throughout London very easily. Quite roomy, 2 bathrooms were handy (pity one bathroom wasn't also a shower). Susan was very helpful. Would recommend for any stay in London.

Good value for money. The room is slightly 'tired', but comfortable enough. Good mattress. The neighborhood is not too quiet, but Hammersmith is one of my favorite places to stay in London, so it didn't matter.

Great location, close to Hammersmith tube station, yet in a quiet side street. Safe neighborhood. Very helpful and nice staff who allowed me to check in early without an additional fee. Possibility to store luggage after check-out. Very comfortable beds, spacious room, plus for an extra sofa and desk. Thank you for a fantastic stay, I will definitely come back.

My husband booked a room at the Star Hotel for our trip to London. We travelled to celebrate my birthday. Star Hotel is close to the Hammersmith Station, and there are various pubs, shops and places to eat. Hammersmith Station has 4 underground lines: Picadilly, district, circle and Hammersmith and city. Very easy to visit London. Just 10-15 minutes walk tonShepherd's Bush Market. The staff is very respectful and professional. Highlights to Claudinei and Lilian. We highly recommend anyone to book a room at the Star Hotel.

Very good location (bus stop in front of the hotel, tube cca 5 mins walk). The hotel is very nice and cosy. The rooms are big enough with all you need. The breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. Would definitely come back.
