George was waiting for us upon arrival. He showed us the property and even gave us some helpful tips about the area. He also provided a QR code for the Tesco Clubcard so we could benefit from discounts, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the unit was clean and well-equipped with good amenities. It’s conveniently located close to everything, and we will definitely come back.

The staff were amazing/ O booked this for my mother and requested a few items to make it more accessible for her. The replies were almost instantaneous and more than helpful. They did everything they could to help me out. I was so impressed with everything and my mother said she felt like she was staying at home.

Very very friendly & pro active personel, very good bed/duvets. Clean rooms, good TV, simple bathroom but a bath and everything you need. Room bathroom / bed was cleaned every day (we stayed 3 nights). Breakfast was very good & fresh. Very good coffee/thea, the pancake machine is perfect. We also had nice evening at the bar with good gin tonic and deliciois nancho’s. Amazing you can order 24/7 at the bar. The hotel is close to the metro or a nice 18 min. walk to the shoppig centre. When we checked out the reception asked if they could take care for our luggage for free, we could have a extra comfort in the centre before we took the train: very nice!
