I was here ten years ago and am happy to see that the hotel is even better than I remember. They recently renovated, and everything is new. The rooms are massive, which is a rarity in central London hotels. The staff is very kind; Alberto at the front desk was very kind and welcoming

We stayed here for our anniversary. Upon arrival, it was clear that the staff went far above and beyond to make it special for us. From ribbons to chocolates and even a hand written note!
Friendly and accommodating. The house kitty was a treasure to see as well.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and very quiet, which made it super comfortable. Breakfast was beyond my expectations with plenty of delicious alternative to choose from. A special thank to Mika at the reception that was lovely during check in and throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back next time I’ll be in London
