The location was excellent. Right in the heart of it all, yet quiet and cozy. We’ve been to London many times but this was our favorite trip of all, mostly due to our accommodations. We were 3 couples celebrating a big birthday. There was plenty of room for privacy and time together.

Excellent location in the centre of Covenant Garden if you’re planning a touristy getaway. Plenty of space with two floors plus a balcony if the weather stays dry. Good facilities and the host was very hospitable and always on hand if anything needed sorting.

Perfect location, with amazing food and shopping right outside the door. Comfortable- well-stocked- immaculately clean. Lovely decor. Highly walkable area. You’ll be in the center of the best part of London, and the tube station is steps away, with a direct line to Heathrow. Rio is remarkable. He is so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. I left something important behind and he shipped it to me, staying in frequent contact during the process. Thank you, Rio! We will stay again!
