Great location, newly renovated hotel, rooms were small but comfortable, especially the bathroom was very convenient. Check in and out process very quick, the caffe at the ground floor offers specialty coffee and nice pastries. Staff very friendly. Overall nice experience, will visit again definitely.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of it all, yet quiet and cozy. We’ve been to London many times but this was our favorite trip of all, mostly due to our accommodations. We were 3 couples celebrating a big birthday. There was plenty of room for privacy and time together.

Excellent location in the centre of Covenant Garden if you’re planning a touristy getaway. Plenty of space with two floors plus a balcony if the weather stays dry. Good facilities and the host was very hospitable and always on hand if anything needed sorting.

What did we like best? Everything! The location of this property is 10/10. We were able to explore most of London on foot. It's also close to two tube stations. The room wasn't large, but it was exactly what was advertised. All the amenities described in the ad were accurate. The entire apartment was very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the room also had a mini fridge and coffee/tea, oat milk, drinks and welcome snacks. The owner is incredibly helpful. I received so much help and advice from him, and no online guide prepared me so well for my visit to London. I was a bit worried about the lack of reviews on Booking.com, but it turned out the host had over 10 years of experience in rentals, although he had previously done so on a different site. So, there's no need to hesitate; I simply recommend it—mainly because of the host's helpfulness and the location.
