Introduction to London, the experience, and the aftertaste of our journey are inseparably linked to our stay at the Rookery hotel. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, the hotel is housed in an ancient building in the central part of London. The interior of the hotel, antique furniture with a lingering pleasant scent of wood, paintings, busts, and a mini-library in each room with books published over 100 years ago immersed us in the atmosphere of English aristocracy. Attention to every detail of the decor and the provided service is palpable. Exceptionally attentive staff. The presentation and delivery of our orders deserve special mention. Enjoying our time in the library with a cup of tea by the fireplace alongside a well-mannered black cat became an unforgettable part of our journey.

Loved the furniture and the space

The One Tun Pub & Rooms is situated in Central London. It can be reached in a 1-minute walk from Farringdon Underground Tube Station and Elizabeth line underground coming from Heathrow.

The room was superb, decorated to perfection. It was clean and very, very close to the Farringdon tube stations. The pub downstairs was friendly and always welcoming - though the sound never made it up to the rooms which was fantastic. Highly recommend the chili honey margarita! The staff were really nice and I will be staying here as often as I can from now on.

Beautiful apartment with clean spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Only grouse is bathtub in the Master bedroom doesn’t work for us. Though it was very pretty. Loved the heated floors in all the bathrooms. The bedrooms were quite spacious and with plenty of storage and hangers given. One very large King size bed. The second bedroom had a good queen size bed. Although my two girls would prefer not to share a bed. Plenty of storage too. The living room was large and kitchen well stocked. There was also Washing and drier machines. Location of this apartment was fantastic. Right on the Elizabeth line. Easy to get to the airports. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby for supplies. Really love the location.

Super luxury! The apartment was at a very high standard, down to the Aesop hand-soap and the straighteners provided. Very comfortable stay, really quiet area but only 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross which was perfect. The staff were exceptional, communication was spot on and they even moved our suitcases down to our apartment from the luggage reception whilst we were out before checking in. Highly recommend for a special stay!
