The location was convenient. A short walk to The Kings Road shopping area and tube station, also a short walk to the V&A. The staff were lovely and the terrace was nice. The room was spacious and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast was delicious.

Superb location, excellent facilities and fantastic staff. A special mention for the Concierge team, Daniel and Jamie, who are AMAZIING👏Also the Reception team and in particular Suzette who checked me in on arrival and checked me out at the end of my stay. Quite the best hotel experience in London- even better than when I stayed there 3 times in 1984!

The room had everything needed for a home away from home experience. It was centrally located within easy walking distance from the tube station with a supermarket two doors down. The apartment facilities were excellent, well equipped kitchenette including a washing machine.
