Lovely place great locatiin and really friendly and helpful staff nicely sized and quiet rooms with lots of extras.AND they were very accomodating for my cat. It is a rarity you can travel with cat and actually feel welcomed.

The junior suite we stayed in for a week, called Lady, was beautifully decorated. Old fashioned which I like, golden light fittings and golden edges. And having a bathroom with a toilet and a separate shower room was wonderful for us two. The space was small but all was so smartly arranged on 3 levels, it felt like a 4 room apartment. Loads of hangers with a huge space for clothes and loads of drawers. Very good. Impressed with the many electrical plugs, very good for all the electrical equipment needing charges. Their Blue Door Bistro next door was brilliant for food. We have stopped eating breakfast, but had lunches and dinners there most of the time.

It is centrally located, about two minutes from the Farringdon Station. It was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The bed was comfy. You can leave your bags there but you do need to message them in advance, as the check in/out is done virtually (with key codes) so there is no reception as in a hotel. They answer straight away via the Booking app and WhatsApp and are accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a family of three.

The rooms were excellent, with very effective AC on a hot day. staff were very good, especially Soheil who treated us like VIPs. The pub downstairs was really enjoyable, a good range of beers, a lively atmosphere and excellent Thai food. I thoroughly recommend The Grafton and it will be our place to stay in London from now on. Price of room and food very reasonable too.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent quality mattress, furnishings, and linen. Great location. Welcoming staff (I was checked in by Clara who is a model of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth), delicious food and good service in the casual bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

Superbe location, close to the tube and train stations. Communication with the property team was easy and they were very helpful. Room was comfortable, looked just as advertised. Lots of good restaurants around and Soho is about 10-15 min walk away. Points for the heated bathroom floor :)
