Free breakfast for kids under 12, our room, location, how clean everything was, all day free bites with tea, coffee or chocolate available at the lobby. The winter area that had artificial snow thrown! What a lovely surprise that was. However all this would be less impressive if the staff was not that great. They knew our son's name from the beginning, always with a smile, good manners and they made you feel welcomed.

Ideal location - very close to all must-see attractions, underground station, shops and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room is perfectly clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. What I liked most was the silence, uncharacteristic of London. I slept very well throughout my stay.

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Exceptionally good breakfasts with different choices. Coffee was also good. Location was convenient, 2 minutes walk from Primrose Hill, 10 minutes walk from tube station. Safe and clean neighbourhood. Rooms tidy and comfy. All visitors had the access to a washing mashine and dryer which is a huge advantage. Ironing facilities are also available for use.
