Ideal location - very close to all must-see attractions, underground station, shops and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room is perfectly clean and has everything for a comfortable stay. What I liked most was the silence, uncharacteristic of London. I slept very well throughout my stay.

This is a lovely hotel with excellent quality mattress, furnishings, and linen. Great location. Welcoming staff (I was checked in by Clara who is a model of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth), delicious food and good service in the casual bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in central London - a walk to Euston Station, British Library, St Pancras & King's Cross railway and underground stations (which gets you everywhere), Russell Square, British Museum, a short bus ride to Strand. It does not get any better than this, though I guess the price will be higher in summer (we stayed in October). Lovely check-in and key service on your mobile phone via Shackle - really great idea. Rooms freshly outfitted, modern, large size of everything, good lighting, comfy beds. Will stay there again if we can afford it!
