Very busy and staff very rushed. Need more wait staff at peak times. Good range of food and well set out. Even though the staff were very busy they were still able to smile and provide excellent service

Very good location it's inside the Albert dock with bars and restaurants right next to the hotel. We had a spacious clean room with a wonderful view. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was super helpful.

The location was great, and the apartment was modern, clean, and excellent views. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. There is a shop next to the apartments where you can buy food and little bits.

The location was ideal for me due how close it was to the M&S Arena. It also had onsite parking and key fob access meaning that my vehicle was safe at all times. Rose who owns this property is fantastic, I needed my vehicle to stay a little longer in the complex due to my event and she was more than happy to accommodate this and helped me out no end via text communication. Also I must give special mention to her Dad that I briefly met, lovely man. The property was super clean, tidy and very warm which for this time of year is spot on. Free WiFi, everything you need for the kitchen, including an air fryer to my surprise. Rose, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely use again when I return to Liverpool.
