We had an overall enjoyable stay at this hotel. It had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, including an ironing board and iron. Breakfast was good, though the selection was somewhat limited. Housekeeping was light, as the quilt was only slightly adjusted, and plates weren’t washed, but this wasn’t a major issue for us. Despite this, we found the experience comfortable and would consider staying here again.

In Princes Dock, Malmaison Liverpool boasts a state-of-the-art gym, boutique-style rooms and the sleek Brasserie restaurant. Designer shopping districts and rail stations are all just 1 mile away.

The best hotel in Britain! Top location and Riverside -view, very friendly and considerate service and staff. Especially pertaining to dealing with allergies. The staff members were all lovely and super helpful. The flat was really well cleaned, spot on, very modern, with the possibility to heat it up and warm arrives quickly. I was sad to only stay one night! Will keep the place in mind for next time, for sure!

The accommodation is brilliant and secured. The view is good. Needed some maintenance, especially one of the windows yo open and close. Bed and mattress perfect . Tv is not what I expected, and wifi is not good.

The location was ideal for me due how close it was to the M&S Arena. It also had onsite parking and key fob access meaning that my vehicle was safe at all times. Rose who owns this property is fantastic, I needed my vehicle to stay a little longer in the complex due to my event and she was more than happy to accommodate this and helped me out no end via text communication. Also I must give special mention to her Dad that I briefly met, lovely man. The property was super clean, tidy and very warm which for this time of year is spot on. Free WiFi, everything you need for the kitchen, including an air fryer to my surprise. Rose, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely use again when I return to Liverpool.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the docks. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The apartment had everything you needed. Great value for money. The host gave clear instructions how to access apartment. It was easy to find apartment and enter building.
