Really helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and tidy. Bigger than we thought!
The location is a huge selling point with everything just around the corner.
When you closed the windows they literally canceled out all the noise from the street below.

We stayed overnight for my partners birthday as we'd already stayed at the hotel and knew the beds were comfy. When booking the hotel I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they decorated the room perfectly with Swan towels, rose petals and little balloon.
Would definitely recommend as room was big enough and had everything you needed including hair dryer and clothes steamer. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

The staff were excellent all of them, and I just requested a room with a nice view, and they gave me the best room in the hotel on the top floor with the panoramic view all around the city… I couldn’t of asked for more. It was probably one of my best hotel stays in the long long, long time. And great value for the money as well. I had an excellent trip to Liverpool, and if I returned, I would definitely stay at the cove Paradise again.
