Centrally located and near to everything. Rooms are great, clean, and comfy. Also had a very nice breakfast on the go as I was leaving early, and Gary was kind enough to provide it so early and so fresh with a nice homemade cake baked with love. Definitely going back to the place for a wee getaway with the family around Inverness.

Me and my friends decided to stay here for New Year celebration. The view was too perfect for it and we could enjoy fireworks around the city just standing in the balcony. There is huge living room and a lot of space for cooking in the kitchen. Heating and hot bath are there as well. Totally recommended.

Mary-Ann was welcoming, very attentive and ensured we were happy and did not need anything. The room was stunning, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
