I made the reservation almost in the middle of the night. Once we srrived, room was ready and there was person waiting for us. Very friendly and easy visit.

Amazing location and host were super nice and made me feel comfortable like family. They were too sweet. Graham went out if the way to help with my parking arrangements outside. There were a few initial hick ups for check in. Once that was sorted then the experience was amazing. The couple were super courteous and ensured I'm feeling comfortable and they went out of the way to take care of me. Watching a football match with host was a fabulous experience. The beds and pillow were super comfy...esp. pillows were great.

The room was very good for the price, everything was clean, and the staff were very nice. Plus the location was really good next to Hayes town. I would definitely come here again.

Never having been to London before, I found it super easy to get to my location via public transport and the pictures shown online were a true representation which was great. The host was very friendly and accommodating and made check-in seamless as well as was available via mobile, which was great. The room was quite big and I had tons of space. I would stay there in a heartbeat again.
