Excellent location. We could walk downtown. Charming hotel with very nice rooms. We had a fantastic view over the town and over the Firth of Forth. Very quiet. Personnal eager to help.

Location is very central, secure and fantastic. Very well connected with local transport or also very central to walk everywhere. The Apartment is very spacious and very comfortable with all facilities. Central heating great, very hot, for the winter climate. Very clean. In few words it is exceptional and a must stay if you are visiting Edinburgh. Awasome. I will recommend to everyone I know.

Was a fantastic place with easy reach or airport bus/tram. Also walking like 10-15 minutes until the very center. Unfortunately, couldn’t try the breakfast. The room had a very nice Victorian era design. Comfortable bed with bath robes and slippers given and a options to prepare hot drinks. Little fridge also in the room. Bathroom is extra modern.
