Situated in a quite location with ample parking in the street. Everything was clean and comfortable. Public transport to the city center within 5 mins walking distance . Carol was very helpful too😀

The receptionist, Prija, is more than excellent at her job. From the second we walked in the hotel and every time we saw her, she was friendly and helpful. We have never experienced someone going above and beyond as she did. Prija not only went out and bought fat free yogurt and unsweetened almond milk, but also delivered it to our room! FANTASTIC SERVICE! Also, Kirsty Nicol, the manager, was very helpful and friendly if we had any questions.

I was staying for 4 nights.Ladies from reception were super lovely and helpful (sadly i didn't get to remember names,i'm sorry) . Room was bigger than i expected and it was very beautiful. Bed was VERY COMFY,i wish i could have take mattres home haha. I find it nice that room had kettle and teas,you also have iron and ironing table if you need,hairdyer. TV was very big,you also have like desk which is perfect for working.In lobby you have free fruits and refreshments.There is also a restaurant but i didn't get chance to try it (hopefully next time) but people i spoke with said food was very good.Location of hotel is little bit outside centre but still not too far! Outside hotel is bus stations and buses are going like every 10-15 minutes but if you want to walk it's cca 45 minutes. If you go by Water of Leith walkway,you can go to Deans village in 30 mins. Next time i come,definitly looking forward to book this place again.

Amazing room and probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. The staff were all very helpful and lovely and check in/check out was comfortable and easy.

This was perfect for where we needed to be which was close to the murrayfield stadium. The flat is so nice and comfortable and the pictures on the site do not so it justice. Its so much nicer. Free parking too and haymaket station is also 15mins walk which is a 5mins trip on the train. Definitely recommend this property for a stay

Great location, easy to get to from airport or to city centre. Immaculate clean, nice and warm and comfortable space- feeling like home. Great price too! Amazing host who was willing to help even when arriving late at night and WiFi was fast and reliable.
