The cottage was beautiful and clean. Near the train station and very easy to get in to Edinburgh. A big Tesco store within walking distance. Everything was very simple regarding check in and out. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend. Kate

It's a very cozy flat, you have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. A full breakfast was included.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The room was very cozy, this was the cleanest place I have ever been to!! I was amazed
The hostess was very nice and communicative, she really takes care of her guests making sure they have the best time. I appreciated every little detail showing how much she cared for her guests (bath bombs and salts, mini face towels, tea and coffee in the room).
It is not a hotel but a private house (which we knew before staying and we were absolutely fine with it but perhaps it may not be as clear to everyone)
6 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins to Tesco and Lidl, very nice neighberhood, very quiet and safe. We were able to get to the center of Edinbourgh in 20 mins. Definitely recommend it!

The fact that it's close to the city and the bus station is literally in front of the hotel. The price is fair and also that you can buy the breakfast included which is fantastic. The restaurant is so cosy and Scottish.. didn't dine in there but saw a lot of people so I guess they were there for a good reason. Definitely a good choice this accommodation.
