I had a wonderful stay at Forth House. The staff were incredibly helpful and always available whenever I needed information or assistance. The apartment felt very safe, comfortable, and the location was perfect for my visit. I would definitely book this apartment hotel again in the future.

Spotless! Floor, tables, beds all clean. Got Netflix. Location is perfect. Not too far to Princess Street. 15mins walk. A lot of surrounding shops as well. We parked at Albany Street Lane carpark, which can be tricky to find when it's dark. But its just behind the apartment,, slightly hidden inside on the right. House is amazing. The interior deco is so beaitiful. Really enjoyed our time here.

I stayed for 3 nights at Silvia’s place, Tartan Accommodation, and had a truly wonderful experience. Silvia was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay—always making sure I had everything I needed. The place itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully kept, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also perfect for exploring Edinburgh. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local just nearby, along with plenty of great eating spots and charming cafés within walking distance. The bus stop and the tram to the airport are also very close, which made getting around and travelling to and from the city incredibly convenient. It was overall lovely! Everyone was very welcoming and if you need anything, they are super helpful and nice! My room was beautiful, quite big and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and thommy is always there for a friendly and informative chat! I felt very much at home! Just as information (nor at all a criticism): the place has a lot of stairs and steps. If you have mobility difficulties, this might not be the right fit. But otherwise I fully recommend this place. I would (and hopefully will) book this again every time!

I could walk from the Enterprise Car rental drop point and have time to explore Edinburgh on foot before leaving by tram to the airport the next day. Nice private room plus great common area kitchen to fix meals.

First of all we are very grateful for late check in as our flight was very delayed but our host took extra care and waited to check us in. Secondly it is place with old soul, you can feel the atmosphere of old house but with all needed comforts. The tea and coffe was also provided and that was a life saver after such long flight.
