The staff were very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and large. The bathroom was good but steamy - I'd recommend opening a window! They have a lovely signature scent for their toiletries and in the hotel itself! Excellent honesty bar and well stocked! Located in the city centre with convenient and reasonably priced parking just across the street.

Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. We stayed for the Christmas Market and shopping. One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. The location was perfect and the apartment was spotless. Very quiet especially as located on a main road. Highly recommend.
