The hotel itself is simply stunning, from the restaurant and bar area on the ground floor to the hotel above with its beautiful rooms, communial area and terrace. What made even more of an impact thouugh were the fanastic staff. I simply cannot praise each and every one of them enough.

Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Before arriving, communication with Jay was great and very comprehensive. The apartment itself is well fitted out, with comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms and in a great location with walking access to the International Arena, Millennium Stadium and lots of shops and restaurants/bars very close by. We parked up - in the secure, gated parking - and did not need the car again until we left. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Cardiff.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is decorated beautifully and has everything you could need, particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and cold water function in the fridge. We all slept well including my friend who was on the sofa bed. Having access to 2 bathrooms was a nice perk, the shower was amazing! The host was super helpful and very responsive to all my messages, we required an earlier check-in and she managed to arrange this for us no problem and messaged me on the day to inform me when the apartment was ready, and were also given detailed instructions on how to obtain the keys and get to the on-site parking. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Cardiff!

What an amazing find! We stayed here whilst visiting Cardiff for a rugby game and some shopping. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay. The apartment is absolutely spotless and the location is perfect. We will be back!

Beautiful, spacious and clean. Attention to every detail. Check in was very easy and Jay was a gem to deal with. Magnificent views and centrally located. Free underground parking was a welcome bonus!!

Great location in the city center near everything and VERY quiet. It was very convenient to have a free parking place all the time. Thanks ++ for all instructions which enabled us very easily to make our way to the apartment and to the parking. Nice and modern decoration. The apartment was just lovely, and we would definitely recommend staying there. There is a Tesco Express, Boots and department store just opposite which is really convenient.
