Gabriele was a fantastic host who went out of his way to render assistance when we met with unforseen circumstances during our holiday. He was very prompt to respond to questions we had about the apartment's facilities and professionally followed up to make sure everything was ok. This was much appreciated. The apartment was clean, on a high floor with an unblocked view and perfectly located. We stayed for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had it been available for our unplanned 6 nights in Cardiff. Being a Cardiff lad I enjoyed having our own place in the centre of town, it is never the same in a hotel. The location is perfect and access to parking exceptional. Two minutes from everything important but no noise at all. The appartment has two genuine double rooms, two bathrooms and a big living space with views over the Bristol channel across to England. No need to buy anything essential cleaning products, tea, coffee etc. Even had DVDs including Gavin and Stacey. Tidy.

Before arriving, communication with Jay was great and very comprehensive. The apartment itself is well fitted out, with comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms and in a great location with walking access to the International Arena, Millennium Stadium and lots of shops and restaurants/bars very close by. We parked up - in the secure, gated parking - and did not need the car again until we left. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Cardiff.

What an amazing find! We stayed here whilst visiting Cardiff for a rugby game and some shopping. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay. The apartment is absolutely spotless and the location is perfect. We will be back!

Great location in the city center near everything and VERY quiet. It was very convenient to have a free parking place all the time. Thanks ++ for all instructions which enabled us very easily to make our way to the apartment and to the parking. Nice and modern decoration.
