Check in was easy and excellent front desk staff. Room was spacious, and nice to have a desk in the room, Bathroom pod was different but great. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel clean and modern. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Bristol Location was great for walking around harbour and historical part of town.

We had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful with lovely décor, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very attentive—our host upgraded us to a suite and surprised us with port wine and cookies, which we really appreciated. The woman who decorated the room with balloons, flowers, and birthday cards for my fiancé went above and beyond—far more than the few balloons I asked for. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Bristol!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

I love, love, love everything! Tracy, the woman who runs the guesthouse , is amazing! So kind, helpful and just so lovely! She pulled out a map and drew all the good spots to go look at and gave me good eating tips. The place it self is very clean, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and it's quiet enough to have the window open. Who could ask for more! The walk away from the bustle is so worth it for the quiet street! I really wholeheartedly do recommend this guesthouse! I'll be back!
