The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was super clean and felt new. It was a 10–15 minute walk from the places we wanted to see. Graham was kind and helpful. The bedroom wasn’t as noisy as mentioned in some comments, but since it’s on a busy road, light sleepers might prefer the other bedroom, which is quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is warm, cosy, and impeccably clean — we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Each morning we enjoyed a beautiful walk to the city along the marina and the old shipyard, which made the location even more special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Pretty much everything was perfect !

Set above Avon Gorge, this hotel overlooks Brunel's famous suspension bridge. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining with excellent views.

I loved everything about the property. There was a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel which was very convenient and practical. The hotel was clean, well maintained and very peaceful. The staff I encountered were extremely welcoming, helpful and kind. There was an issue with the room I booked and it was resolved immediately and in a professional manner. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
