First off, the lobby looks very inviting and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get a free upgrade with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was clean and beautiful. They even had a welcome note and some snacks! 📝😍🍪 The bed was comfortable, and the mini fridge was a nice bonus. Close to the train station as well.

All staff we met were very friendly and welcoming
It was great to have somewhere to store the luggage for a few hours when we left so thank you for that
Although rooms are small ( cosy ) they were beautifully decorated and designed. Nice touches exceptionally clean bathroom and lovely toiletries

Clean. We had a good breakfast. The location is in between many close bus stations and a short walk from the Convention metro station. The staff was very welcoming and helped us both in the way in and the way out.

The staff were super kind and friendly. The room was very clean the breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is very good, you have supermarkets and cafeterias all around and it is near a metro station which was very easy to move around the city

I thought the location was very convenient. There were great restaurants in the area and the staff were excellent. The hotel was on a quiet street but just down from a lovely shopping area.
