Open bar had a lot of selections and free
Staff were helpful as we had to contact our bank
and we asked how to dial internationally
they even brought my hubby to the office for
the call!
We left two pairs of shoes there, they promptly
double checked for us and offered to help ship
to my home address though we decided not to
ship eventually.

Everything regarding our experience was excellent. Our room was perfect for its size and the view was great.
Personnel was very helpful and the common areas were welcoming and relaxing.
The broader area of Bastille proved to be also a spot on choice as it offered access to great walks while being in a quite part of Paris.
Value for money was also great.
We will definitely come back.

The hotel sits at the heart of Zone 9. Both the public transport and Bolt are good. There is a nice parking two minutes away from the hotel if you decide to drive here.
The breakfast is excellent and the food bar at the ground floor is always often for free (both coffee and snakes are free) during the day, which I think is the best surprising idea I have never seen in any other hotel before.
The room is nicely decorated. It is relatively small but it is acceptable considering the nice location.
Yes, as other comments suggested, staffs here are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a real hidden gem in Paris!
We enjoyed everything: the room size, facilities, comfort and cleanliness. The very tasty breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread & croissants, yogurts, charcuterie. We are definitely back to Muguet Hotel!
