The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see, and how to travel around Paris. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and a great assortment of refreshments.
Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
The location is fantastic, there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets. The Metro is a short walk away and most of the famous monuments are a walk-able distance.
I would definitely recommend staying here!

8 minute walk from champs elysees, there was a very good and not expensive restaurant right next to the hotel,
The staff was great, there is a swimming pool that we hardly used because there was no time!
There is a lot to do and see in paris.
There were even good quality umbrellas near the entrance door of the hotel, it was rainy so it really helped us,, we didn't have to waste time and buy one.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The room had two mirrors from ceiling to floor, apart from the one in the bathroom, obviously. The hotel is very close to Gare Saint-Lazare and is easily accessible from the airport by metro, and the rest of Paris by both metro and bus, as many lines stop near the station. Absolutely recommended.
