Great location and overall atmosphere! It was great to have hot water shower and pressure compared to other stays. Safety was also appreciated alongside cleanliness. Great coffee and tea! Eric was a wonderful host, we appreciated Whatsapp communication, checkin and checkout availability.

Location was perfect. Close to the port and old city. Tram stop to the airport only 5min walk from the place. Apartment was spotless clean and bed very comfortable. Supermarket and Bakary nearby with delicious pastries and sandwiches was a big bonus.

Great location a few minutes walk to the port with several bars & restaurants.
Tram station for line 2 (airport) & line 3 is roughly 5-10 minutes walk away.
The old town & beaches are roughly 10-15 minutes walk away.
Very nice apartment with air conditioning, nicely decorated, great facilities within & a beautiful terrace with views over parts of the port.
Self check-in via a key box. Good & responsive host through the messaging service.
As a note/ awareness for future guests, there are around 40 steps to climb to get to the top floor of the apartment building, this could prove difficult for those with mobility issues &/or with heavy luggage.

The place is great. Located right next to a bus stop, a very nice bakery and 300m to bars and restaurants.
The appartment is small but very cosy. The bed was super confortable and the fan was perfect! Also, we appreciated the possibility to cook. It was very quiet at night.
The first necessities were provided such as toilet paper, towels, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the place!

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Location is perfect, just off the port, very close to the tram station, conveniently located for the airport. Everything is in easy reach, the old town, the Castle hill, promenade, town Square. Shops just around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, with enough duvet and pillows. We had a nice time there. The Host was very kind, helpful and very responsive when I had a question.
