Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

Very clean, comfortable and right next to the tram. So easy to get to town and back.
The hosts provided generous quantities of coffee pods and some welcome wine which was very appreciated. Excellent communications before and throughout our stay.

The interior design is for a hotel of this category and the small size of the rooms is exceptional. I really liked the design and because of that I felt very comfortable in the room! To the terminal 1 I could walk in 18 Minutes, perfect!
I would definitely come back.

It is close to the airport and the facilities are great!
Some free amenities in the common area, very attentive staff… I can not remember his name but a Moroccan guy was super kind and polite when we checked in.
I highly recommend this hotel!
