Great location, was in a 4 bed female dorm and the room was huge, plenty of room for bags, bathroom was super clean! Even included a towel with the bedding and staff were happy to hold my bag before I checked in and after I checked out. Best hostel I’ve stayed in so far!

First of all a very warm welcome from the owner Patricia!
The room has beautiful high ceilings and a perfect bed , even better then mine matras so we slept very good!
Really clever setup . very clean and tidy and it even came with nice little complements.
Location is perfect , right by the museum and near a nice little bar and good restaurant.
All in all perfect and will definitely return here.

Great location, near train stations and with plenty shops, eating and drinking places around.
Room was just perfect with everything we needed for our stay,clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed.
Host was superb with her correspondence. Sending all relevant information and even messaging to see we had arrived ok . Would definitely stay,here again and would recommend it to others.

We were very happy with everything to do with AU30. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from helping out with carrying bags to recommendations for meals in the city. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The sauna was a great addition. Nothing to complain about!

Hosts/family are so welcoming, kind & helpful.
The two large doors that open up to the balcony was so lovely.
Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot & great.
Little kitchen with all we needed.
Location is convenient to train stations, shopping & restaurants
Highly recommend. We wanted to stay longer.

Stayed for three nights but only two partially used toilet paper rolls were provided.
There was also an issue with the hot water turning cold midway through the shower.
However, the host was responsive and provided prompt assistance when contacted.

Apartment was ideally situated - a short walk from/to Eurostar Station, Lille Flanders Station and Town centre.
Accommodation was spotless and well equipped with minimalist design. Very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable - so we slept really well!
Pre-trip communication (how to get there, how to get in, how to use facilities) was excellent and we would definitely recommend if you are thinking of spending a few days in Lille
