Everything was just perfect. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are super clean and practical with plenty of storage space. The location is very central. The breakfast is amazing. The spa area is nice. What I really appreciated is that the staff always replenished the vanity set and toiletries. We also loved the music on Saturday with a life saxophonist, it was great! The hotel was also beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately on the first evening, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the staff was extremely attentive to move us into a bigger room. As we much preferred our original room (brighter and newer), they managed to fix the A/C the next day and move us back into our original room. The staff are all wonderful. Special shoutout to Pauline for accommodating our room changes so late in the evening and for proactively coming out to the car park to see if we needed a hand! Also shoutout to Manuela for her wam hospitality, and barista skills, at our breakfasts.
