Perfectly situated, close to everything, great view from the balcony, electrical blinds in front of all windows, crisp clean, big and comfortable bed, on the 5 th floor with lovely view of the old town, elevator, nice kitchenette with everything you need. Very easy to get the keys and do the check in. Cannot wait to come back.

Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.

This hotel is located in the heart of Annency, a few steps from the castle. It offers individually-decorated rooms with views of the canals, the medieval castle or the town.

Everything was perfect! From the location and the view of the room, to the spacious room and cleanliness of it.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets.

The location was excellent. Close to the beautiful old town of Annecy as well as the lake. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Hotel du Chateau is a hotel situated at the foot of Annecy Castle. It has views over the old town. The reception offers free WiFi. Guest rooms at the Hotel du Chateau are simply decorated.

Charming and personable hotel in a great location at the base of the chateau. We had a family room on the 2nd floor that had excellent double (or triple?) glazed windows so it was calm and we slept very well in comfortable beds. It would probably be too hot in the summer but in the winter it was a perfect and cozy. Nicely renovated bathroom. We did not take the hotel breakfast.

Apparthotel Privilodges Le Royal is located 200 metres from Annecy Lake and 350 metres from the Palais de l’Isle Jail in the heart of the old town.
