Our stay in Annecy was wonderful! The apartment had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful decoration, and it was perfectly clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything. Anna was always kind and ready to help whenever we needed her, and she communicated very well in English. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! 💛

Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

Perfectly situated, close to everything, great view from the balcony, electrical blinds in front of all windows, crisp clean, big and comfortable bed, on the 5 th floor with lovely view of the old town, elevator, nice kitchenette with everything you need. Very easy to get the keys and do the check in. Cannot wait to come back.

Les Suites D’Anniciaca are amazing. A wonderful property in a fantastic location. The views from the property alone make it worthwhile, but on top of that the decoration, comfort and design of the apartment are fabulous as well.

I am from Annecy but now live in New Zealand. This hotel is in a great location, you can walk along the lac, the Jardin D'Europe and Le Pâquier.
The breakfast was good with quite a bit of different options.
I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the design and the breakfast.
