Located in Helsinki and with Hietaranta Beach reachable within 2 km, NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property and... ( Pics uploaded are of the first night we got. Not the 2nd night) We had the luxury of staying here on 2 separate nights as we were heading out to Lapland then came back. Our first night (28-29 Nov) was superb from the moment we checked in till check out. We were greeted by a tall guy and dark hair and a pretty big built at the counter who very kindly offered late check out when we told him of our plans the next day (leaving pretty late to catch the Santa express). We were also assigned room 378 a corner room which was spatially very comfortable! The ceiling was high and the room was an absolute luxury with a very big toilet! The location has to be one of the best as it is located right opposite the train station! A little walk away to the senate square where the Xmas market was but the walk there is very nice so not an issue !

Our stay at the hotel in Helsinki was highly enjoyable, offering a comfortable and modern environment with excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a perfect location that made it an ideal base for exploring the city during our holiday. The very comfortable bed, functional room, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of dishes made our stay even more pleasant.

Featuring the Bistro Vilho, this historical hotel from 1917 is next to Kaisaniemi Park, 150 metres from Helsinki Central Station. Just stayed for a night and it was perfect. Location is just near the central station, so you can walk from there for less than 10 minutes if the weather is good. Staff were friendly. Room was big enough for the 2 of us. Clean toilet and bed. It was nice also that we were able to leave our luggage for a long time since we went for a day tour in Tallinn.

This elegant hotel is next to Helsinki Central Station, 5 minutes’ walk from the Esplanadi shopping streets. It offers a rooftop terrace, in-room flat-screen TVs, plus free sauna and WiFi access. We stayed twice (each stay 3 days 2 nights) in the first week and second week of October 2024. The hotel located in the heart of city centre and right next to the main train station, metro and tram lines. The shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and sightseeing are all within short walking distance. The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the night view of the city from the window. The hotel has luggage storage room facility (near the hotel entrance) and the door has security lock. Breakfast buffet style was nice with a great choice of food. Breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor and has beautiful view of Helsinki city. The front desk staffs are friendly and very helpful. Reasonable wait time for check-in/out. We had pleasant stay.

New and modern hotel, amazing breakfast and facilities. Very polite and friendly staff. Beyond an outstanding stay. 10/10

Scandic Kaisaniemi is 250 metres from Helsinki Cathedral. It offers a sauna and tastefully decorated rooms with satellite TV and free 1 GB internet connection. The hotel is located right in the centre of Helsinki, room was perfect, fresh, clean and bigger than expected. The breakfast had a excellent selection and times suited us very well. Staff and hotel itself overall were very lovely. The hotel is located very close to the central train station and tram stops. I was very pleased with my stay here.
