The room is very big and the location is right next to the big shopping mall with supermarket. When we checked in, there is a night shift staff member who was very friendly. All in all this place is really nice and just short drive to Helsinki city centre. We definitely will come back to stay here again.

Great hotel. Everywhere was extremely clean, we felt like we were its first guests. The check-in process was very easy, and the staff was always there to help us whenever we needed it. The location is very good, there are public transport and metro stops nearby, as well as several supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything is great about this place. Staff, location, it's brand new. Common area with lounge, kitchen, dining area is so much better than a traditional hotel. Large laundry facility and luggage storage on-site was so convenient. And staff is superb. Will absolutely stay there again

The style and the design of the hotel , the common kitchen and the bedroom first of all, was so fancy! The common kitchen is completely designed with SMEG tools, and everything just looks so tidy and lovely! Another great part was the wellness area and the Sauna, probably one of the best i've ever been! They provide tons of towels and Rituals products for everyone. Everything makes you feel you're in a 5 star hotel, with the mood of a hostel, with the common kitchen. Just what i wanted!! I have to mention that Heidi and her colleague went beyond my expectations: We had to catch a train at 11 pm at night but they still allowed us to use the common kitchen and the Sauna(!!!) even if we checked out in the morning, and that felt very special. Thanks to all Folks hotel staff, will definitely come back!
