nice quiet place to stay in Addis. Nice Terasse at the upper most floor and you can have a good view of Addis abeba. Room was clean, neat. I was particulary looking for a room and a small kitchen and i could get all there. The gate man and another younger man always smiling and always ready to help.

The host is incredibly warm and welcoming. She does her utmost best to provide a support and solution to any unanticipated challenges that arise in a foreign country. She truly made me feel at home and comfortable knowing that I have a reliable local person around and available, even though I am an extremely private and self reliant person.
I’m happy I found this pearl in Addis which I will go back to whenever possible. She’s versatile, knowledgeable and resourceful

Staying there from February to July. I thought I'd get a cheaper/better located/more private accomodation but it is great here and I love it to much. The hostel people are the best, the guests mostly interesting and funny, the dog is the boss but she loves you after you give her treats. It is very clean, the cleaner comes every day and is very accurate and also very nice. They just started to serve food, coffee and tea. It is all great, homemade quality for good price and you can even learn how to do it yourself, for later when you leave and will be missing it.
All issues that may come with just the cities daily challenges will be helped - whether it is no wifi (-> hotspot), getting a ride in the middle of the night (-> they'll get it for you) or finding the nicest restaurant where they still serve Tibbs although it's fasting season (eventually just here xD).
I even invited my parents here and they had a very good time. It is the best place to make german parents to feel good about their daughter staying abroad.

The staff were excellent! The reception and the room was super cool. Great location as well. I would definitely go back there or recommend to anyone going to Ethiopia. I love the food too!
