This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

The location of the hotel is perfect - a quiet square in the heart of the old city, an easy walk to the main tourist attractions. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The staff at the hotel deserve a special mention, they were so helpful and professional and they all seemed to speak excellent English. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. We didn't dine in the restaurant but breakfast was very good, and the bar area had great service and plenty of seating. We would certainly stay there again.

Fantastic location spot on the main square! Modern room, good standard, a real balcony big enough for two or three people to enjoy with square views, double bed with good quality madras,big shower, nice bathroom and in all a very positive stay😃. There was also a nice big terrass with views on the fifth floor. We did not expect all this for such a good price! And never forget the staff working, absolutely lovely, so helpful and full with energy and a true will to help. Thanks Veronica (and all the others:))
