Great comfortable beds, really good center location. Everything is clean, we stayed one night and it was perfect for us. It was not so loud, café is under the window. But with windows shout we didn't hear a lot of noise.

Definitely our favourite hotel over the past 2 weeks in Spain. Spanking bran new, refurbished with great taste, combining old and new. The staff were so helpful. The rooms were well appointed and for the first time, a hotel that provided a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Thank you. A perfect time in Toledo.

We were greeted by Alfonso, a beautiful, helpful, kind gentleman who told us how to park the car and got us settled in. He was sooo very welcoming and kind. When I comme ted on it, he said that he was just doing his job. I felt, however, that he went above and beyond his duty helping us. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful... a medieval building with modern amenities... and the location is excellent! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful, unique hotel! ❤️🙏
