Very very friendly and welcoming people. Room was ready when I reached though it was before their check in time. Quite helpful in explaining the place and on getting around, food options etc. They had a sweet welcome note with a local cookie in the room for me.

My reservation did not pop up immediately on their system and they had to dig in further. But they were very professional and pleasant about it. The situation could have turned out to be awkward (experienced this in other hotels) but everything panned out well and feathers were not ruffled. All the staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant waiting staff, were very accommodating and had a ready smile. Breakfast was very good and dinner was excellent and surprisingly affordable. Location was excellent. Our stay there made our Christmas holiday magical

I love this hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is amazing since attractions are within walking distance and quite safe. The room and the entire hotel were beautifully decorated, clean, and very comforting.

This apartment was amazing. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Views of the Cathedral, Palace, horse drawn carriages. It was like a storybook. Location was second to none, step outside for restaurants, bars & shopping. We only stayed 2 nights but wished it was more. The apartment was large, bed was great, bathroom was very large & it had 5 balconies. Was the most beautiful stay. Don’t think twice about booking this, it was spectacular.
