Great and friendly staff. They provided us with best food areas of the city and helped us with all our needs, especially with ordering an early taxi that we needed because of the time of our return flight.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring Sevilla on foot and you can reach all the important sights with a short walk. The rooftop bar is great to enjoy in the sunny weather with great views of the city.
When we return to Sevilla in the future, we plan to stay here again.

Amazing staff who were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat with fresh coffee, juices, cereal, pastries, jambon/chorizo and a fantastic range of pastries. The staff in the breakfast room were fantastic. As a family of 6 every morning they made sure we were seated together, moving tables efficiently and with good spirits. They were friendly and attentive.
Really comfy beds and really well stocked bathrooms - spare toothbrush/paste, comb, hair conditioner etc. Beautiful roof garden/bar, again staffed with really lovely people.
Beautiful hotel, exceptionally well located being walkable to the Alcazar, Catherdral, and other tourist locations. Also great selection of bars and restaurants in close proximity.
