The area felt very safe and convenient. You can easily walk to popular and nice areas like Chueca, Salamanca, Gran Via, Trafalgar. Less than a minute walk to the Tribunal station. There is a supermarket just around the corner. The room is spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette and the fridge help. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Madrid! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the city centre, also a similar walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral - for me this was a very convenient location.
Plenty of restaurants around, lots of public transport options (if you can figure out the train system - which is easy within the city region)
