The location of the hotel was perfect, it's in the middle of the beautiful Gran Via. It's in a classic building that impressed us the moment we walked in. The interior is tastefully designed, modern, unique and relaxing. No matter how busy it is outside, you'll always feel serene inside the hotel. Staff is warm and professional, service is swift and cheerful. Breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast are delightful! The room is cozy, the bed is huge and comfortable and everything is spotless. I particularly like the huge bathroom and the view of the Gran Via. My 5 yrs old daughter loves the place because "people are kind". We were pleased we stayed here. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you to everyone who made our stay lovely!

The location of the accommodation is more than excellent! On the day of arrival, I received very detailed instructions regarding check-in, the stay, check-out, etc. Since I arrived a bit earlier, I was also able to leave my luggage there.
Everything was very clean and there was just enough space for one person. The bathroom is outside the room but almost right next to it, and I was the only one using it.
Even though the apartment is on a street with lots of people, it was very quiet inside — I could hardly hear any noise from outside or from other guests.
I highly recommend this place. :)
