Absolutely perfect stay for the family before Christmas, in a quiet but beautiful area of Madrid, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff are the friendliest people ever, and the manager Julian took extremely good care of us during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, the lobby was warm and inviting and the rooms were perfect. Our room had a hydromassage bath which was the best I've ever used. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The apartament is in a very quiet neighbourhood, near Casa da Moneda, with several great bakeries and a supermarket nearby, where we could buy bread and groceries easily. We arrived very late because of our flight, and were able to check in very easily. Carlos was super nice and an amazing host, and let us keep our luggage at the apartment until late on the day we left, since there were no other guests checking in that day. The apartment is very comfortable, the bed and sofa are cozy and the fact that Carlos left some coffee capsules was very thoughtful. I highly reccommend staying here!
