Love, love, love the location!! Very near the Church of San Gines and even the famous Chocolateria San Gines! Walking distance to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via.
It's a boutique hotel and it gave us a very cozy, relaxed feeling. Our room had a balcony overlooking Calle Arenal which had the Christmas lights on and gave you the holiday vibes. Breakfast was good and if you prefer to have brunch outside, there are a lot of cafes in the area.
The hotel also has a Christmas photo corner setup right outside the entrance where people would dropby and have their photos taken.
My husband and I also appreciate the fact that the hotel takes good care not only of their guests but also of their Filipino staff.
