Excellent location! The room was clean and comfortable, a baby cot was provided on request. The hotel features a cafeteria with coffee/tea and snacks available anytime for free. Each morning we found fresh sweets and water by the door which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff was helpful, and overall it's a great place to explore Madrid.

We stayed just for one night, but I would recommend, in the centre of the city, not far from Prado museum, easy and fast access to the airport (we took a bus 203 for 5 euro, 30 min), clean and quiet place. Kind and helpful stuff, thank you.

Room was more spacious than I had expected. It was neat and tidy with room service every 3 days. Toilet was equipped with a hair dryer attached to the wall; it was fully functional just nothing fancy. The shower was clean and the water was strong enough. Location was quite perfect; close to the sol station and felt safe. Just take note that the road in front of the entrance was a one way drive so getting in and out of taxis needs to be quick.
Staff was resourceful and friendly; helped us with booking a taxi to the airport and gave us helpful advices.
There were one washing machine and one tumbler dryer available in the basement for 4 euros per wash.
