Check-in parking places, and in sufficient quantity. Parking garage nearby, and hotel achieved discount, with that it is very cheap (one day was EUR 8 – instead of ~20-25 in the other cities in Andalusia). It was very empty at Thursday 3 p.m., but almost full at noon on Friday. Kind and helpful staff. 2 pillows. Full length mirror. The pool area is not crowded. We were satisfied with the bodega tour (good to know that there is 15% discount if the hotel books it for you – I suppose it is valid for the guests of the hotel). It is very cozy and calm to eat the breakfast in the garden.

EVERYTHING is within a 10 to 15 minute walk: amazing restaurants, vibrant bars, and the city's renowned producers. Complimentary parking in the underground garage is priceless in this city. However, due to ongoing construction (beyond the hosts' control), navigating the area requires a bit of local knowledge and a willingness to bend the traffic rules slightly. Google Maps proves unreliable amidst the maze of detours, so relying on instincts and asking for directions is key. The narrow streets, especially with a larger vehicle, can be a bit nerve-wracking. The apartment itself is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts, Raquel and her partner, truly make the experience exceptional. Raquel's recommendations are spot-on, guiding guests to hidden gems and must-visit spots. Her knowledge of the city and her genuine desire to ensure guests' enjoyment are truly remarkable. For the price, the central location, and the overall experience, this apartment is an absolute gem. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-located base for exploring Jerez.

The flat has everything we needed! Even more! All utilities to cook including seasonings. The decoration is amazing and everything is spotless clean. Our kids loved the arcade machine with a lot of fun games. The flat is on short walking distance to main attraction. The owners are so adorable to think about all the details to make is feel like home. There was a yummy cake waiting for us when we arrived! Definitely recommend!

Great communication with the host; very helpful and accommodating; gave great advice about things to do in the city, places to eat; host was immediately available when I needed more guidance. The apartment is located on the ground floor with the windows facing the courtyard. There was no noise from the street. Access to the apartment was through 3 sets of doors, so very safe. The apartment is nicely decorated. The living room is quite spacious, the kitchen fully equipped – even with a washing machine. The host also provided basic condiments. The closet in the bedroom has lots of storage; a space heater and an extra blanket were also available, which in the colder months of the year may be needed. The bathroom is new with a huge shower. Towels and bed sheets are of very good quality. Internet also has a decent speed. I have not turned on the TV, so can’t comment on that. In sum, the apartment has everything one needs. I can highly recommend it. Parking: Telpark Plaza de Mamelon is only 5 min walk from the condo. I suggest downloading the telpark app. If using the app, the daily rate is €8 – you can register for express entry and the bar will open automatically; very convenient. Location: The Palacio Domecq and the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art are a mere 5/9 min walk from the condo. To walk into the city center takes about 20 min. It is a nice walk through a pedestrian area with shops and lots of restaurants.
