The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated with good quality furniture and a superb kitchen and bathroom appliances. Located close enough to the beach, grocery shop, restaurant and a bus stop to get to the city centre. Very friendly and caring host.

Service staff were very kind and the room was lovely! The building was très cute and clean. We made use of the gym and game room in the evening. Both are very large and have a lot of different games and workout equipment. Bed was comfy cozy.

Wonderful hotel with brilliant facilities. Parking in the hotel carpark. We had our dogs and there was a dog bed and bowls in our room. The staff are extremely helpful. The bed was really comfortable and there was a fridge in our room. The ambiance was perfect and we had a beautiful city view from our room. There is a dog area outside. San Sebastián is superb with a wonderful beach along the Cantabrian sea. Lots of cafes and bars which are dog friendly. We loved our stay here.

Likes - Hotel was very relaxed and comfortable. Beautiful ambient lighting in the bedrooms. Staff were incredibly friendly. Short walking distance to the beach and the promenade.
Dislikes - Very easy access for non residents to access the floors with the bedrooms - although we never felt unsafe it just created an uneasy feeling when the hotel lobby was busy.

We had interconnected rooms so our two young kids could have some independence. It worked out perfectly. Nice, comfy rooms, less touristy neighborhood w very convenient bus (#5 or #25) straight into town.
