The room was clean, spacious and it was located above the city providing a splendid view. The staff were exceptional and so helpful, they really did their best to please. Parking was convenient. It was a pleasant walk to the city and back, however may not be ideal for those who aren’t as mobile.

Everything was very clean and tidy! The hostel has everything you need at your disposal, even women hygiene products for a non expected moment. I really appreciated the detail. Loved the whole experience since the beginning. The staff was always reachable via WhatsApp which was very reassuring. Definitely a place I know I can star in Bilbao and will surely recommend!

The location is a quit street just off the river, a short walk from the Guggenheim. The Old Town is a pleasant amble along the river, half an hour if you’re a brisk walker. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is some parking on site just be aware it’s a typical basement with steep ramps and tight spaces. We had a room next to the lift but the room had an internal door so it really didn’t bother us at all.

Clean, comfortable, bigger than expected, great terrace, lovely hostess, parking. Very comfortable and quite, we had a great time, plus they left a nice wine and fruit as a gift and also a tube card which was super useful.

Very modern, big TV with Netflix, full kitchen with washing machine and spa like shower. The shower was sensational. The beds are very comfy, spare pillows and towels with a safe in the wardrobes, large wardrobes with hangers and sensor lights. Large windows so lots of light comes in and big full length mirror for getting ready.

This simple, functional hostel is set 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Guggenheim Museum. It offers heated dormitory and private rooms, 5 minutes’ walk from Deusto Metro Station.
